The Roseville Bail Bonds Process

WHAT WILL I NEED WHEN CALLING A ROSEVILLE BAIL BONDS?

1. Defendant's full legal & date of birth - This information helps your Roseville Bail Bonds Agent identify the individual with the Roseville Jail. There may be multiple inmates with the same date of birth, so try to provide that to your Sacramento Bail Bonds Agent if you can.

2. Caller/co-signer's full legal name - We need this information to ensure we aren't releasing an inmate out of the Roseville Jail with the signature of someone providing a false identity.

3. Date of Arrest - This helps your Roseville Bail Bonds Agent identify the specific case requiring a bond.  Do not worry if you don't know.

4. Bail Amount - If you already know the bail amount this will help your Roseville Bail Bonds Agent provide you with the rest of the information needed to post bail. Once again, don't worry if you do not know.

OK, What Now?

After you have given the information above to your Roseville Bail Bonds they will begin to ask you how you plan to pay for the bond. Some Roseville Bail Bonds will offer payment plan, but do not be surprised if they don't. At our Bail Bonds we do offer payment plans, but with all plans there is a minimum down payment required(this amount varies by situation so don't be afraid to ask). Some Roseville Bail Bonds will advertise or tell you over the phone that they do not require a down payment. Be cautious when dealing with these businesses.

Now comes the part I like to refer as "securing the bond". Your Roseville Bail Bonds Agent is going to ask you a lot of questions about yourself and the defendant. They are assessing the risk of the bond. It is VERY IMPORTANT to be as truthful and foregoing as possible. If any false information is discovered the defendant may be placed back in Roseville Jail and you will not receive a refund. Do not be concerned if you don't know the answers to all of the Agents questions, just answer them truthfully and to the best of your ability. Any personal information you give to your Roseville Bail Bonds Agent is confidential and will not be given to the public. Once that process is over you will likely be asked about collateral. If you have anything to offer I suggest you do so. The more value in collateral you offer the better chance the negotiations of the bond will be in your favor. I go into collateral in more detail in a previous Roseville Bail Bonds post, if you have any concerns about this subject I recommend you read that article.

Are We Done Yet?

One last thing to do. Sign the papers and exchange collateral. Then poof! Your Sacramento Bail Bonds Agent will go to Roseville Jail and post the bond.
